IN THE HISTORY OF
THE PROVINCE!
  • The total debt of the Province is increasing at the rate of $1,441,100.00 (almost $1.5 Million) each day.
  • Total debt on March 31/05 - $20,050,000,000. (more than $20 Billion).  Total debt on March 31/06 - $20,576,000,000. (more than $20.5 Billion).
  • The total debt of the Province will increase by $526,000,000. ($526 Million) this year alone!
  • Since 1999, when the NDP were elected, the total debt of the Province increased by $3,462,000,000. (almost $3.5 Billion). The NDP continues to try to convince Manitobans that it has balanced its books ? yet the debt of the Province has increased by almost $3.5 billion since 1999 ? a 21% increase in total debt!
